Displaying or Hiding Header and Footer Markers

On the View tab, click Preferences.
To display the style window, under Interface, select the Show style window option.
Click OK.

You can control the size of the style area by dragging the style area boundary to the left or right. You can hide the style area by dragging the boundary to the left until the style names are no longer visible.
