Procedures menu
The Procedures menu includes the following items:

Compare Changes |
Compare the document in the client file with the original in the template. This menu option appears only if you have modified the procedure. |
Import Procedures |
Import procedures from work program or checklist documents. Selecting this menu option will open the Procedure Import dialog where users can specify the import source. |
Review Deleted Procedures |
Deleted procedures can be displayed while working in the document by toggling the menu option on or off. |
Modifiable |
Enable editing of the procedure the cursor is currently on. |
Bold |
Display the procedure the cursor is currently on in bold text. If you wish to modify only parts of the procedure to bold, change the procedure to modifiable first and highlight the text prior to using this menu. |
Procedure Number |
Show/hide the numbering at the front of text for the procedure or sub procedure the cursor is currently on. |
Procedure Guidance |
Display guidance specific to the procedure or sub procedure. |
Objectives |
Enable editing of the objectives assigned to a procedure. A dialog box opens allowing selection of multiple objectives. |
Assertions |
Enable editing of the assertions assigned to a procedure that the cursor is currently on. A dialog box opens allowing selection of multiple assertions. You must own the procedure to be able to modify the assertions to a procedure. |
Insert New Reference |
Add a reference to a procedure or sub procedure the cursor is currently on. |
Insert New Procedure from Content Library |
Insert a procedure from the content library. Items that appear in the content library may be optional procedures. |
Insert New Procedure |
Insert a new procedure below the procedure the cursor is currently on. |
Insert New Sub Procedure - 1st level |
Insert a new sub procedure at the first level of a procedure the cursor is on. Sub procedures are limited to a maximum of 30. |
Insert New Sub Procedure - 2nd level |
Insert a new sub procedure at the second level to the sub procedure the cursor is currently on. The menu will not be available if cursor is not on a 1st or 2nd level procedure. Sub procedures are limited to a maximum of 30. |
Link Risks To A Procedure |
List of risks applicable to the work program are available to link to a specific procedure. that the cursor is on. See Risk. Note this option may not be available if risk report is not inserted in the work program, or if firm author has turned this off. |
Delete Procedures |
Display a dialog to select procedures and delete the selected procedures. Multiple procedures can be deleted. Note that required procedures will not be listed as they cannot be deleted.

Delete the selected sub procedure where your cursor is currently on.

Sort Groupings |
Sort the order of the groupings. Cursor should be on a grouping title prior to using this menu. |
Sort Sub Groupings |
Sort the order of the sub groupings. Cursor should be on a sub grouping title prior to using this menu. |
Sort Procedures |
Sort the order of the procedures. Cursor should be on a procedure prior to using this menu. You can sort common procedures differently in each document and the positioning will be retained through content updates. |
Sort Sub Procedures |
Sort the order of the sub procedures. Cursor should be on a sub procedure to sort prior to using this menu |
