Setup: Project

Sets access rights for the items on the Setup: Project menu. Select those options you want users to be able to access (images\checkmar_shg.gif).

Select to allow the user to add or modify project types.

Select to allow the user to add or modify subproject types.

Select to apply same protection rights to project templates as client projects.

Select to allow the user to create or delete project templates.

A user cannot be given rights to create and delete without having the right to edit records. Project Template: Edit Own, Project Template: Edit Assigned or Project Template: Edit All must be selected first to activate this box and allow creation and deletion rights to be granted.

If Project Template: Edit Own, Project Template: Edit Assigned or Project Template: Edit All check boxes are deselected, this box is cleared and grayed out.

Select to allow only the user assigned as the In Charge or Team Leader of the project template to modify project template information.

Having rights to edit does not include rights to delete project templates. For that, the check box Project Template: Create/Delete must be selected.

Select to allow the user assigned to the project template to modify project template information.

Having rights to edit does not include rights to delete project templates. For that, the check box Project Template: Create/Delete must be selected.

Select to allow the user to modify ALL project template information.

Having rights to edit does not include rights to delete project templates. For that, the check box Project Template: Create/Delete must be selected.

Select to allow only the user assigned as the In Charge or Team Leader of the project template to access project template information.

Select to allow the user assigned to the project template to access project template information.

Select to allow the user to access ALL project template information.

Select to allow the user to create or delete client projects.
