Activating CaseView Features Added in New Releases of Time

To take advantage of features added to CaseView in a new release of Time, it is necessary to restore the applicable CaseView document(s) from the Company Profile to see the new features. No enhancements to the CaseView documents are available until the CaseView default settings formatted during manufacture of the software have been restored.


  • To restore a CaseView document from the Company Profile, any customization which have been done to the current document is overwritten and it will be necessary to customize the document again.
  1. Click File | Company Profile.
  2. Select the applicable tab – Invoices, Statement, or Credit Note.
  3. Click the Restore Invoice, Statement, or Credit Note button.
  4. Reapply any customization in the Invoices, Statements, or Credit Notes.
