Client Filter

Client filter options are available in the following client listing areas:

  1. Project Management
  2. Client Batch Email / Print
  3. Recurring Invoices

If you have activated Protection, you can set user rights for client lists. See here for more information.

Filter your client list by default parameters, advanced expressions or by alternate codes.

Specify one of Active, Inactive, Other, Personal, Prospect, Referral, or Suspended to filter by client type.

Type or select the staff number representing the partner responsible for the client. The drop-down list provides additional staff details.

Specify regional information to filter by a specific city, province, or country.

Type or select the staff number representing the manager responsible for the client. The drop-down list provides additional staff details.

Specify a status or engagement type to filter by client status or engagement type. Status and Engagement Type codes are set from the Other Info tab of the Client setup dialog.

Specify a year end month to filter by clients with the same year end month. Year End Month is set from the Other Info tab of the Client setup dialog.
