Contact Companies properties and options

The Contact Companies dialog enables you to set up information for Contact Companies. Click each tab in this dialog to specify client details and client options in Time.

For Time users with Cloud Integration enabled, the column Cloud Integrated indicates if the field or option is available from CaseWare Cloud.

General Contact Company Profile

Enter the full name.

  • Click this button to add a new contact company.

  • To delete an existing contact company, select a contact company from the Name box and then click Delete.

Note: You can use * (asterisks), ? (question marks), and " (double-quotation marks) in this field.

Short

No

This field automatically generates a short name from the contact company name.

Modify this field to suit your preferences.

Type

No

Click this button images\list2_shg.gif to select, modify, or create a new contact company type. You can also use the look-up to select an existing contact company type.

Print

N/A

Click to print the entire record for the contact company selected.
