To create passwords for staff members

  1. On the Tools menu, click Protection and then Protection Setup.
  2. Under Staff Members, select the user for whom you want to create a password.
  3. Click Password and enter the password for the staff member (twice).
  4. Click OK.
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to create passwords for all staff who require access to the file.
