Using abbreviations versus full descriptions in Time

I would like work, billing and classification code and bill types to be displayed as abbreviations in lists. Where can I set this?

  1. Click Tools | Options to set preferences that control the look and operation of the Time program.
  2. On the first tab, General, are the general defaults for the Time program.
  3. The options that control whether abbreviations, full descriptions or entry code types appear in selection lists throughout Time is set in the Table List Field Style section.
  4. Use the same procedure to switch to full descriptions or entry codes for the types.
