Viewing users' initials and document information on the Document Manager

  1. While the Document Manager is the active window, on the View menu, click Reorder Columns. You can also access this by right-clicking on the Name bar at the top of the Document Manager.
  2. Under Hidden Columns, select the information that you want to display on the Document Manager.

    Examples:

    To view reviewer's initials, select "Reviewed by" and so on.

    To see filters entered for data shown on the document, select "Filter by".

  3. Drag the users to the Active Columns box.
  4. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder the columns
  5. Click OK.
  • If you make a mistake, click Default to return to the original appearance of the Document Manager.
