Viewing users' initials and document information on the Document Manager
- While the Document Manager is the active window, on the View menu, click Reorder Columns. You can also access this by right-clicking on the Name bar at the top of the Document Manager.

Under Hidden Columns, select the information that you want to display on the Document Manager.
Examples:
To view reviewer's initials, select "Reviewed by" and so on.
To see filters entered for data shown on the document, select "Filter by".
- Drag the users to the Active Columns box.
- Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder the columns
- Click OK.
Notes
- If you make a mistake, click Default to return to the original appearance of the Document Manager.
