User Logged In

To access this dialog, click Tools | Maintenance | User Logged In.

Use this dialog to view who is currently logged into the Time data file.

Note: Every user must be logged off before you can perform server maintenance routines such as Reindex Database, Check Integrity and Restore.

Select/Deselect All

Use these buttons to quickly select or deselect all the active users on the list simultaneously.

Email

Click this button to email the selected (images\checkmar_shg.gif) active users on the list.

Disconnect

Use this button to terminate all active user connections from the SQL server.

Refresh

Use this button to update the view of the active users.

Database Login

Represents the database login ID used to log on and connect to the SQL server. Select users (images\checkmar_shg.gif) to email or disconnect from the SQL server. To email or disconnect users with a check mark, click Email or Disconnect.

User Name

Displays the user's name as entered in the Staff dialog.

No

Displays the user's staff number as entered in the Staff dialog.

Program Name

Displays the name of the application being used by the SQL server.

Host Name

Represents the name of the host workstation.

Login Time

Displays the date and time the user logged into the SQL server.

Last Operation

Displays the date and time the user last performed a batch function such as a remote stored procedure call or an Execute statement.

Email

Displays the email address of the specified user.
