Printing a Document

  1. On the File tab, click Print, and then click Print.

  2. Select the elements of the document that you want printed.

    Any skipped text in the document

    Markers for cells with overrides

    All note annotations.

  4. Under Print Graph, select whether to print the graph in color or monochrome (black and white), or to use the defaults, and then click OK.
  5. Specify the print options and the number of copies to be printed.

    An entire document

    Under Print Range, choose the All option.

    A range of contiguous pages

    Click on the Pages button and type a range of page numbers in the From and To boxes. For example, to print pages 4 through 9, type 4 in the From box and 9 in the To box.

    One page

    Click on the Pages button and in the From and To boxes, type the page number. For example, to print page 2 and page 2 only, type 2 in both the From and To boxes.

  6. Click Print to start the print job.
