Linking vs Embedding Graphics, Logos, and Letterheads

If you are using a graphic, graphical letterhead or logo in your CaseView documents, it is best to link to the graphic file rather than embed it in the document.

The best practice is to store your graphic files centrally. The server or drive chosen should then be mapped identically on each user's computer. That is, if the location is mapped to drive E on one employee's computer, it should be mapped to drive E on every user's computer.
