Printing Envelopes

  1. While on the Document Manager, scroll down to find the CaseView Documents folder.
  2. Open the folder.
  3. Select the envelope document and double-click to launch CaseView.
  4. If needed, specify which database holds the addresses to use.
  5. If you are printing just one envelope, use the Selection toolbar to choose the correct record.
  6. On the File menu, click Print.
  7. If you are printing more than one envelope and would like to set the print order or a range of records to use, click Document Properties.
    1. In the Order box, select the order in which you want the labels to print.
    2. If applicable, in the From and To boxes, select a range.
    3. Click OK to go back to the Print dialog.
  8. Click OK to print the document.
