To enter standard hours for staff members

  1. On the Setup menu, click Staff.
  2. In the Staff no. box, select the staff member for whom you want to enter standard hours.
  3. Click the Standard Hours box.
  4. In the boxes provided, specify the number of hours on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  5. In the Days Off box, specify the number of vacation days per year to which the staff member is entitled.
