Importing from PPC Engagement Manager

This data file and the client folders should be located in the C:\PPC Clients folder.
Prerequisites
- If Protection is activated, the File permission "Import" is required to perform this operation.
Procedure

Open the client file in which you want to import.

From the Engagement tab, select Import | Working Paper Software.

In the Convert From field, select PPC Engagement Manager and in the Version field, select the default version 2009.
Note: Click here to see all Working Paper Software supported versions.

In the Convert Path field, type the exact path where the file you want to import resides or use Browse to locate the file manually.

To import client information, click Import Client Information. This information will be displayed in the Engagement Properties dialog.
- From the Please select a Client drop-down, select the client that you want to import. Click List Clients to obtain a list of the available clients.
- Click OK to begin importing.
Results
The information from the PPC Engagement Manager files will be imported into the Working Papers client file.
