Importing from Win EWP

Prerequisites

If Protection is activated, the File permission "Import" is required to perform this operation.

Procedure

Open the client file in which you want to import.
From the Engagement tab, select Import | Working Paper Software.
In the Convert From field, select Win EWP.
In the Convert Path field, type the exact path where the file you want to import resides or use Browse to locate the file manually.
To import client information, click Import Client Information. This information will be displayed in the Engagement Properties dialog.
In the File Name field, enter the applicable client file name. Data will appear in the FS Date, FS Country and Version fields.
Click OK to begin importing.

Results

The information from the Win EWP files will be imported into the Working Papers client file.
