To enlarge or reduce a document when in Preview
Do one of the following:
- To enlarge the document, when the magnifying glass is displayed, click mouse button until the preview is the appropriate size.
- To reduce the document in Windows, when the magnifying glass is displayed, click the right mouse button until the preview is the desired size.
Notes
- The document can be previewed from 50% to 200% of its original size.
- You can also specify a magnification percentage using the Zoom Control tool.
