Print previewing a document
Use the Print Preview button on the Command toolbar to display a document as it will appear when printed. Documents can be previewed from 50% to 200% of their original size. Select a percentage on the View menu to change the size of the display. You can print from the Print Preview window by choosing File | Print.

- Invoices can be previewed one at a time only.
