Restoring hidden columns in an automatic document

To make the all hidden columns appear on the report again, click View | Restore columns. You can also right-click the report and select Restore columns or press F12. All hidden columns will reappear.

If you meant to redisplay only a few columns, do the following.

  1. Click the View menu and select Reorder Columns.
  2. In the Hidden Columns box, select the column(s) you want to redisplay and drag them to the Active Columns box.
  3. Click OK.
