Working Papers Upgrades
Before upgrading, make a backup of the client file and return the parent file to a non-sync state. When unable to return the parent file to a non-sync state, do not open sync copies in the new version of Working Papers until the top-level parent has been converted.
Client files converted to a later version are inaccessible from older versions of Working Papers. All users must upgrade to the latest version of Working Papers with SmartSync.
