Using the Navigation toolbar

The Navigation toolbar permits you to jump to the Document Manager, the Time Entries dialog, the Billings from WIP dialog, the Cash Receipts dialog, the Client Setup dialog, the Project Management dialog, the Scheduling dialog, and your firm's Cloud page.

The Document Manager, located in the left panel, is a dynamic list of all of the documents that make up the company file. The Document Manager is the first window to display whenever a new file is created or an existing file is opened.

In the Time Entries dialog, staff can post time entries to record time spent on work.

In the Billings from WIP dialog, you can generate invoices for your clients.

In the Cash Receipts dialog, you can enter cash receipts that represent money received and deposited to the bank account.

In the Clients dialog, you can create new client profiles or change details for existing clients.

In the Project Management dialog, you can create new project templates or edit existing templates.

Note: This feature is disabled by default. To enable it, activate projects on the company profile.

On Cloud, you can access integrated Time information and other shared firm content online.
