Adjusting the Space Between Columns of Text

Position the insertion point on the page with two-column printing.
On the File tab, click Print, and then click Page Setup.
Ensure that the Scope is set to Current Page and two-column printing is enabled.
In the Distance between columns box, type or select the amount of space you want to appear between the two columns.
Click OK.
