Exporting a Document as PDF
- On the File tab, click Export | Portable Document Format (PDF). The Print dialog displays.
- In the Print what box, select the type of information you want to print.
- In the First page number box, select the page number to be displayed on the first page.
- Select the elements of the document that you want printed.

- Under Print Graph, select whether to print the graph in color or monochrome (black and white), or to use the defaults.
- Click OK.
- Type in a name for the output file. If necessary, select an appropriate folder for the new file.
- If desired, use PDF Security Options to prevent recipients of the PDF documents who have PDF creation software from editing data in the PDF files.
- Click Save.
CaseView automatically outputs the document in PDF format.
