Note Annotation tab - Document Settings dialog

Use this to set the layout for the note annotation page. You can attach a header or footer, and assign a style to the content (if apply style is checked).

Header/Footer

Select the Header or Footer to apply to the page.

Apply Style

Select the style to apply. The style will be applied to the contents of the page.
