Milestone Details dialog

Displays the details of the history event or milestone. The dialog lists date and time created, the name of the user responsible, and the description of the event. For history events and automatically generated milestones, the description is an explanation of the event; for manually created milestones this box displays the text entered into the description box at the time of its creation.
