Knowledge Library Link from Index command

Use this command to select a Knowledge Library Index containing the Knowledge Library entry to be inserted. Browse to the location of the desired Knowledge Library Index, highlight it and click Open.

The dialog displays the path to the currently selected Knowledge Library Index. Click Browse to modify the path.

Click Next and the Knowledge Library Index opens to allow you to select the desired Knowledge Library entry. Available entries may be filtered by the use of views created by the Knowledge Library Index designer.

The index displays all the entries available for insertion. To pick an entry to insert, select the check box to the right of the entry. If the Preview Content check box is selected, the Knowledge Library entry shows in the preview pane. For large Knowledge Library entries, the preview content check box can be deselected to speed processing.
