Lock Form Mode dialog

Locks access to the Form Mode, which, in effect, restricts modification to the CaseView document while in the Form Mode. To lock the Form Mode quickly, click the Lock Form tool (Key icon) on the Command bar.

Password

Enter a password that will be used to restrict access to the Form Mode.

Confirm Password

Re-type the password above to confirm its identity.
