Auto Save tab - Options dialog

Use this command to protect the document automatically while working. The Autosave feature saves the document periodically according to the specified settings. Documents that are saved automatically are saved with a special file extension (.cv$). When CaseView is re-opened after an unexpected shutdown, CaseView gives the option of opening the automatically saved document.

Enable Autosave

Turns the automatic save feature on.

Note: Auto-saved documents are not synced to other children. An auto-saved document will only be synchronized if the user saves a recovered document.

Save every

Indicates the number of hours or minutes between each automatic save.

Hrs.

Type or select the number of hours between each automatic save.

Min.

Type or select the number of minutes between each automatic save.
