The Group Statement - Global Changes Available from The Menus

Edit the layout of a specific header or footer. Click the drop-down list and select the header or footer to edit. The footers are at the bottom of the list.

Click either the Header or Footer list and select the one you want to attach to the report.

Check the box if you want the header to apply to just the first page. It will not appear on subsequent pages.

Shades

Check this box to add shading to the statement.

Zeros as blank

Check this option to display and print zero invoice amounts.

Include groups with activity where totals balance to zero

Select this option to include activity for groups that have balances totaling to zero. Clear this option to exclude zero balances from the document. This is useful to ensure that there are no outstanding cash receipts or invoices that net to zero. Selecting Debit balance or Credit balance as a Balance Filter above, grays out this check box.

Include transactions that balance to zero

Select this option to display and print on the statement transactions that balance to zero.

Border

Check this box to add a border to the statement.

Total Amount

Check to add a total line to each statement.

Edit Table

Click to change settings for the selected table. Because much of the body of the statement is in a table, this must be clicked first to change cell and text attributes within the table. For example, to change the font of the body of the statement, click Edit Table first, then select the part(s) of the table to change and change the attribute.

When you are done, click the Reload Table button to save your changes and return to the statement.

Each client on a separate page

Check the box if you want the statement for each client in the group to be on a separate page.

Group information only on first page

Check the box if you want the group information to appear on just the first page. Group information affected includes the document date, group address, attention line, and group number. If the box is not checked the information will appear on all pages of the document.
