Importing from Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree - WIN) Direct

Note: PeachTree 2013 (Sage Accounting) is now referred to as Sage50 Accounting (PeachTree-Win).

The Peachtree direct import uses COM technology to eliminate the need of exporting from Peachtree before importing into Working Papers and can be used for any version later than version 7.0. If you are importing from Peachtree version 7.0 or earlier, refer to Importing from Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree - WIN) Export.

  • Version 2009 and later - Pervasive SQL version v9.1 or later.

Note: If you are running Version 2012 or later on Windows 10, you must have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 installed. It can be downloaded here.

If you are running Windows Vista with the Pervasive SQL v10.0 Workgroup version, you must turn on the UAC (UserAccessControl) to import from network files.

  • Version 2007 - Pervasive SQL v9.
  • Versions prior to 2007 - If you are running the Pervasive SQL Engine, it must be stopped prior to running the import. For more information, see the special note about Pervasive SQL and Windows XP.
