Adding Shading to Input Paragraphs

You can add shading to input paragraphs so that when users are in enable editing mode, they can clearly see which paragraphs can be changed.

This shading option can be set in enable editing mode and in design mode.

Adding shading to input paragraphs in enable editing mode

1. While in either enable editing mode or design mode, on the View tab, click Preferences.
2. Under Paragraphs, select Use input paragraph color in enable editing.
3. Under Colors, beside Input Paragraph, change the color.

4. Click OK.
