Positioning a Line at a Precise Vertical Position

1. Position the insertion point on the paragraph you want to position.

2. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click Align.

3. Select the Align at option.
4. Type or select the distance from the top of the page to where you want the line to print.

5. Click OK.

To view the position of the line on the page, on the File tab, click Print, and then click Print Preview.
