Exporting Journal Entries to an ASCII text file
Export Time journal entries to a fixed length ASCII text file. The journal entries can be exported for the desired period.
The journal entries available for export are:
- Invoices journal (SJ)
- Cash receipts journals (CR)
- Credit note journals (CN)
- Time journals (TJ) (Only approved entries)
- Expenses journals (EJ) (Only approved entries)
There are two options available in this export:
- Detail - Click this radio button to export fully detailed transactions. Structure of the file exported
- Summary - Click this radio button to export only summary information. Structure of the file exported
