The Create Reviewer Copy Wizard

The creation of a reviewer copy is wizard driven. The wizard gives the user the option of removing some of the original components of the file. Generally, the reviewer copy of the file will remain in a locked down state, but an option is provided during its creation that enables the file to be unlocked.

Notes

Any abandoned changes in a copy cannot be retrieved after the Reviewer copy is made; it is permanently lost.
