Engagement Lockdown Wizard Complete
The final step in locking down a client file is to complete the Engagement Lockdown Wizard Complete screen. This identifies when the lockdown will occur: immediately or after the document completion date. If no password was set at the template level, you can provide an override password to use to unlock the client file if protection is turned on.
Finish the lockdown by clicking Finish, or to make changes to any specifications made in previous steps of the wizard, navigate back using the Back button.
If you selected to run any of the items listed in the Lockdown Considerations page, these operations are performed. The year end close is run first followed by the Cleanup; files are copied or deleted as specified.
Note: Although the Cleanup wizard opens first, the year end close is actually performed before the cleanup.
