Selecting Documents to Lock Down
Lock down documents by selecting them in the Lock Down column or by selecting Lock Down in the Document Properties dialog.
Procedure
Click on the link for procedures to select documents to lock down:

Results
Running Engagement Lockdown Wizard locks down all the selected documents.
