CaseView Document tab

Each document on the Document Manager must have a unique number.

Represents a brief description of the CaseView document.

Represents the name of the CaseView document. This can be any unique one or two-character identifier defined by the user.

Specify the Time list from which the content of the letter or label will access its information.

Select the order for the report.

If applicable, excludes any entries that are outside the range specified. The filtering criteria is based on the selection made in the order field. In the From field, select the lower limit for the range.

Select the upper limit for the range.

Use a dBase filter to print or view only those credit notes that match criteria you specify. The filter usually takes the form of a condition. Any that do not meet the filter are excluded. To build filter calculations easily, use the Equation Editor. Click images\eqedit_shg.gif to access it.

If selected, the CaseView document will be included in the Document Index. The Document index is an automatically generated document listing selected documents on the Document Manager.
