Document Assignment dialog

Use this dialog to assign documents to the user logged in selected in the User Profile dialog. Password protection cannot be in use to assign documents to users through the User Profile.

Document assignment prevents other users from modifying or deleting documents on the Document Manager to which they are not assigned.

The window displays the Document Manager using the Microsoft Explorer interface. Open and close folders to locate specific documents to assign.

Select one or more document(s)

The window displays the Document Manager using the Microsoft Explorer interface. Open and close folders to locate specific documents to assign.

  • To assign a document, check the box to its left.
  • To assign all the documents in a folder, check the box beside the folder.
  • To assign all documents on the Document Manager to a user, check the box beside the Time folder.

To remove documents from the assignment list, select the document(s), using the method for selecting, and then clear the check boxes.

The document assignment is completed when you press OK in the dialog. Clicking Cancel reverts any changes made.
