Invoice Format

The format of an invoice prepared with time and expense detail appears as follows:

Any lines for nil AMOUNTS are not included. For example, if there have not been any interim invoices included, then that line is excluded.

Any FREE FORMAT TEXT and TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION can be edited by clicking Edit Invoice in the Billing/WIP dialog.
