Memo Description dialog
A memo box for inserting text. It is accessed from:

Memo descriptions can be added to work codes, chart of accounts and any location containing extended description buttons (
). Although not a word processor, certain limited editing functions such as delete, copy, move, and wrap are available to ease text input.
Memo Description Dialog
Add customized commentary text to appear on an invoice or credit note. The text appears under the first line of the invoice (i.e., after the words "For professional services rendered"). Although not a word processor, certain limited editing functions such as delete, copy, move, and wrap are available to ease text input.
When typing from Reference field and it takes you to extended memo, the text entered in Reference field is copied to the memo.
Note: You can set the font for memos.
