Print Batch command

Use this command to print multiple Time and CaseView documents in one motion. The batch print provides the ability to print all documents for a particular file.

All automatic and CaseView documents have the option of being included in a batch print. The documents are printed in the correct order, except for reasons of speed, all CaseView documents will be printed before the automatic documents.

Printing can be stopped at any time by pressing the ESC key. Since this command works at specific points in the print cycle, the printer may continue to print for a few seconds longer. If there is an internal buffer in the printer, the printer will not stop until the contents of the buffer have been printed. Once stopped, you have the choice of either continuing to print or exiting the print routine.

The printer selection is document specific in CaseView and program specific in Time. During a batch print, Time prints all automatic documents from the default printer specified for Time and prints all CaseView documents from the default or the individual printer if one is specified for each CaseView document.

Open and close folders to locate specific documents to print. Select files and folders that you would like to print, and then either drag them to the Selected Documents or click Add. You can change the print order of your selected documents by dragging them above or below other documents in the panel.

Click Setup to alter printer settings.

Click Print to process the batch print.
