Status Bar command

The status bar is a bar at the bottom of the screen framing the active Time document. It displays the file name and informs the user if the INSERT (OVERTYPE) key has been activated or whether the NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK or SCROLL LOCK keys are on or off. While the cursor is positioned over a button on the toolbar or on a menu command item, the status bar displays an explanation of the action performed if the button or menu command is selected.
