Status Bar tab
The Status bar appears at the bottom of the screen. When you are accessing a menu, or menu item, the Status bar displays a description of its function.
Select Status Bar Indicators
Specify which items you want to display on the Status Bar (
). Items that are omitted from the Status Bar appear cleared (
). Use the Select All and Deselect All buttons to check or clear all boxes quickly.
Current user logged in
If selected, your initials appear at the bottom of the screen.
Year end date
If selected, the year end date of the file appears at the bottom of the screen.
Current active period
If selected, the current active period displays at the bottom of the screen.
Period date sequence
If selected, the period date sequence of the file displays at the bottom of the screen.
