Commands
Maintenance
If selected, this option permits users of this security group to perform maintenance procedures on the file.
Run Diagnostics
If selected, this option permits users of this security group to run diagnostic reports for the file.
Repair Diagnostics
If selected, this option permits users of this security group to repair any errors or critical errors that are listed when diagnostics are run.
Helper Applications
If selected, this option permits the user to set up helper applications for linking to documents in other applications.
Font Settings
Permits or restricts modification of document and program fonts.
