Enabling other users to turn file protection on or off

  1. On the Tools menu, select Protection and then Protection Setup.
  2. Under Available Groups, select the group to which you want to give access to password protection.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the Rights tab and then select Protection.
  5. Click Set Protection On/Off to enable users assigned to the group to turn protection on or off.
