To specify footers for statements
- On the File menu, click Company Profile, and then click the Statements tab.
- Under Footer, in the Footer1 box, enter the first line of information to display in the footer. For example, Canadian firms could enter their GST registration numbers.
- In the Footer2 box, enter a second line of information for the footer such as the applicable interest policy for your firm.
- In the Footer3 box, enter any other information you require.
Every time a statement is printed, this customized footer information appears centered at the bottom.
