To specify footers for statements

  1. On the File menu, click Company Profile, and then click the Statements tab.
  2. Under Footer, in the Footer1 box, enter the first line of information to display in the footer. For example, Canadian firms could enter their GST registration numbers.
  3. In the Footer2 box, enter a second line of information for the footer such as the applicable interest policy for your firm.
  4. In the Footer3 box, enter any other information you require.

Every time a statement is printed, this customized footer information appears centered at the bottom.
