What's on a WIP report?
What is visible on a WIP report
- All billable time and expenses from previous periods that were not written off (marked billed by a WIP invoice).
- All billable time and expenses from the current period
- All WIP invoices from the current period
What is not visible on a WIP report
- WIP reports do not display cash receipts or credit notes as these items pertain only to accounts receivable.
- WIP reports also do not display interest or miscellaneous invoices as these items pertain only to accounts receivable.
- Non-billable time or expenses are not visible on WIP reports non-billable work codes are not assigned to a client because these entries cannot be billed to a client.
