Overwriting or appending data during an import

If you receive a message indicating that a record already exists in the Time file, select what you want to do.

Message Answering Yes means Answering No means
Overwrite? The existing record gets replaced by the imported record. The existing record is saved and not over written. A new message then pops up.
Append? The imported record is added to the end of the existing record in Time The data from the import file is not imported.
