Using the Time History Manager

  1. From the File menu, select Time History Manager.
  2. Add a new file by clicking the Add button.
  3. To enter the location and name of the previous file, click the Browse button. Navigate to the company file and double click to enter its information into the Location and File name fields. The History Manager does not allow duplicate files to be on the list.

    The year end date of the file will be displayed to help identify that it's the correct file.
