Docking View Command

Use this command to enable multiple frames within Time.

All windows that can be opened in Time can now be ’docked’. The ’Window’ menu contains a ’Docking View’ item; which, when activated, causes the contents of the window to be placed in a frame along the left side of the workspace. The window behaves like a toolbar, and can be docked above, below, to the left or to the right of the workspace, or it can be floated in front of the application. Further the window displays on the View | Toolbars list and can be hidden or shown as desired.

Users can dock any document that can be hosted by within Time such as automatic documents, Word or Excel documents, HTML pages, etc. At present, however CaseView documents cannot be docked in a Time frame.
